Please sign the Community Garden petition for St Vinnies!
We need Community Gardens in Vallejo for many reasons, including Fun Positive participation, and helping out the Vallejo Food Desert problem providing healthy affordable produce to those areas which have no grocery stores.
I would also like to thank these people for working so diligently on this positive endeavor

"The Inventor's Lab in Vallejo Offers Special Spring Break Hours":
The Inventor's Lab will be hosting special spring break hours for students who are looking to make their vacation a bit more scientific. March 28, 29 and 30, and April 4, 5 and 6 will be full of science experiments and family fun 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., pre-registration is required on March 29 and April 5.
Creepy Crawlers Circuitry exploration kicks-off the fun on March 28, using motors, batteries and recycled items to design and construct creepy crawling creations. March 29, Aerial Adventures day, will explore zip lines for the traditional LEGO Friday. Young engineers will explore the properties of velocity and speed to construct a mini zip line. Squishy Circuits, on March 30, allows guests to explore circuitry and electronics using specially made conductive and insulating play dough.
Next week, Automatas (Hand-Powered) Machine Day starts the fun on April 4, where little scientist will explore motion while designing and creating their own hand-powered creations to take home. April 5 is LEGO Friday, Amusement Park Designer Day, where young engineers will work together to form design and construction "firms" responsible for building several rides of the Inventor's Lab Amusement Park. Lastly, April 6 will conclude the fun with Cartoon Automatas, where kids will design, build and take home a cartoon-inspired, mechanical sculpture. Guests will make cams, levers and linkages on a shoe box to make a cartoon character spin, roll and jump.
The Inventor's Lab is located at the Norman C. King Community Center at 545 Magazine Street in Vallejo.
